Ep.4 - Blue Apron — Summer Vegetable Risotto

Like fire and ice, oil and water, cats and dogs - Aubrey and Megan come to the table to have a civil discussion about who is wrong.

While the fare is objectively bland (no it isn’t) — the discussion is lively.

Do you like zucchini? Corn? Capers? Do you consider mac and cheese a comfort food? Is that even a question?

Even more floral than I knew: the Summer Vegetable Risotto, from Blue Apron, combines spectacular, sweet saffron (everyone should be able to agree on this point), and tart, tempting capers ("capers are the immature, unripened, green flower buds of the caper bush" thank you wikipedia).
